We are Expert in Cultural Musics & Dances

Cultural and Recreational Unit (UKR) Universiti Malaysia Perlis was established on 1st Mac 2005. UKR was officially rebranded to Cultural Centre (PKBU) in April 2020 in line with the restructuring by the university’s top management. PKBU is under the administration of the Deputy Vice Chancellor of Student and Alumni Affairs (TNC HEPA) office with the aim to develop knowledgeable, innovative and creative students able to face globalization challenges that may lead to progressing themselves, the nation and the country.

 

PKBU also strives for developing and promoting the richness and diversity of Malaysia's traditional arts and culture. PKBU encourages the growth of cultural arts activities at various levels through effective cooperation between cultural arts industry players, government agencies, the private sector, non-governmental organizations and cultural arts activists.
