• To assist PKeBU Director in managing processes and activities those are related to human resource management at the departmental level.

• To assist PKeBU Director in planning and controlling budgets at the departmental level.

• To assist PKeBU Director in developing and establishing all SOP's and Policies those are related to PKeBU function.

• To create users awareness regarding all the established SOP's and Policies those are related to PKeBU function.

• To increase the level of security condition in PKeBU.
